What information do credit check companies share with debt collection agencies?

I need to check my credit score because I want to apply for a credit card. I need to do this because I’ve heard that being turned down hurts my credit score. I need a credit card because I want to put all (or some) of my high interest debts into a series of 0% interest credit cards, one at a time as each expires, to make it easier to pay off.

What I want to know is, who does the credit report agency share my information with? I’m in the middle of clawing myself out of a debt hell hole and I’ve learned that it’s a mistake to contact a debt agency unless you’re ready to pay them, otherwise they’ll keep hounding you and charge you extra for it.

They have all the information regarding your debt payments and whether you have paid them on time or have missed a few payments or not paid any at all.
Also, that if you have an outstanding loan and have not paid anything for six years, and a creditor decides to contact you after this period, you do not have to make any payments. Just wait for another year and the debt will be expunged.

it probably depends on the agency and how up to date they are .. hiding your information is becoming exponentially harder by the day almost in these times and everything is becoming interconnected ,, its not so much that they share your information i dont think, its that your information is databased and are they looking ..

obviously there’s money to be made information is sold to each other so you can practically get any information you want for a fee you need advice on a proper strategy to get out of debt get in touch with National Debt Line they will advise you of your rights and ways of offsetting the oppressive nature of lenders your idea would be nice if you could do it but they are wise to that option you aren’t the first to think of it get advice you are on a loser tackling them on your own there are things in place to help you ask the NDL for advice

To get those 0% cards you have to have amazing and perfect credit.
I am 100% sure of this.

The credit score is not going to help you at all.
What you need to look at is your credit reports.
Equifax.co / uK (in the uk).
Again, knowing a 3 digit score will not help you one little tiny bit.
